What is Utuh Vault™?

Utuh Vault™ is our permanent storage solution to complement or act as a back-up for your records, photos, receipts.

Who is it for?

If you have drivers logging multiple checklists daily, store your receipts and have loads of photos that you want to keep in a central, searchable storage solution.

I already have records offline or stored somewhere else. Do I still need Utuh Vault™?

You don't have to, but it is highly recommended you do so. In the record storage community, there is a golden rule of 3-2-1.

3 total copies, 2 different media, 1 offsite storage.

If you store it on your online drive or on a USB Pendrive, if you forget your online drive password or misplace the pendrive, the record is gone forever.

Why not just use the normal plan?

You can, and Utuh is designed with a generous storage policy for our base plans:

• Skala plan - forever¹ (receipt and checklist photos) / forever¹ (receipts)
• Pro plan - 60 days (receipt photos and checklist photos) / 10 years (receipts)
• Asas plan - 30 days (receipt photos and checklist photos)/ 10 years (receipts)

Im confused. What is the difference between receipt access and receipt storage?

Receipt storage - How long will your receipts stay on Utuh's servers before they are securely and permanently deleted.

Receipt access - Whether you can view the receipt on the app, or will you need to use the manual pull tool to search for your older receipts.

How will Utuh Vault™ help with receipt access then?

If you are on Utuh Vault™, you can search old receipts on the app itself.

For example, LHDN needs to audit a hotel receipt your driver submitted to you back in 2013.

Without Utuh Vault™: You manually search offline, or you use Utuh's manual pull tool to pull up receipts from the estimated date range, and then filter through the various receipts for that day to find the one you need.

With Utuh Vault™: You navigate to >Receipts. You select the date range. The receipt shows up on your browser in seconds.

Are my records secure?

Yes, Utuh works with a world-renowned enterprise solutions provider that has robust security credentials. Every single record, photo, receipt you store with Utuh Vault™ are protected by the very high security standards below:

1. GCM (Galois/Counter Mode) - a mode of operation for symmetric block ciphers—most commonly paired with AES—that provides both data confidentiality (encryption) and data integrity (authentication) at very high speeds
2. AES 256 - a secure, symmetric block cipher that uses a 256-bit key to encrypt and decrypt data in 14 complex rounds

How much is Utuh Vault™

Asas - RM49 a year, or about RM4 a month. Billed yearly.

Pro - RM79 a year, or about RM7 a month. Billed yearly.
