Terms of Use

Utuh is a product of Angkut Digital Enterprise (SSM Reg. No. 202603226777), registered in Malaysia. In these terms, ‘Utuh’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean Angkut Digital Enterprise; ‘you’ means the business or person using Utuh.

Utuh helps businesses keep vehicle dates, documents, checks, receipts and maintenance records in one place. It is a tool to support your work. It does not replace your own responsibility to follow transport, road-safety, employment, tax, insurance or other laws that apply to your business.

Give us accurate account information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for the people you invite, the driver links you share, and the information your team enters into Utuh.

Your plan, pricing and included features are shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans may include a free trial. Where payment is required, charges are due for the billing period you selected. You can cancel before the next billing period; fees already paid are not refundable unless the law says otherwise.

You keep ownership of the vehicle records, documents, photos, checklists and receipts you put into Utuh. You give us permission to process that data only to operate, secure, support and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Do not use Utuh to break the law, misrepresent a vehicle’s compliance or safety status, upload content you do not have the right to use, interfere with the service, or try to get around its security controls.

We work to keep Utuh available and reliable, but online services can have maintenance, outages or changes. We may improve, change or stop a feature with reasonable notice where practical.

We may suspend or end access if there is serious misuse, a material breach of these terms, non-payment, or a legal reason to do so. Where practical, we will tell you first.

Utuh is a secondary administrative assistant for commercial fleet operations. It helps you record vehicle information, driver safety checklists, maintenance activity, and permit, road-tax and insurance renewal dates. You remain solely responsible for operating your vehicles safely and lawfully, assessing and acting on the information in the Service, and meeting all applicable compliance, licensing, road-safety, employment, insurance and record-keeping obligations. We are not responsible for compliance fines, penalties, vehicle impoundments, safety breaches, accidents, enforcement action, or other operational consequences arising from your fleet or your use of, or failure to act on, the Service.

The Service may receive or process daily batch data from third-party telematics or GPS hardware providers and may send notifications through third-party infrastructure, including email delivery APIs. We do not control those services and are not responsible for data inaccuracies, missing data, synchronisation delays, interruptions, notification-delivery failures, or other faults caused by third-party providers, networks or infrastructure.

Receipt photographs and other images may be processed using optical character recognition (OCR). OCR is an assistive utility only. We do not warrant that OCR-derived text, figures, dates, amounts or other output is complete or accurate, and you must verify all records and logs before relying on them, filing them, or submitting them to a regulator, insurer, tax authority or other third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Utuh will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data, operational downtime, business interruption, supply-chain delay, or the cost of obtaining substitute services, even if we have been advised that such loss may occur.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UTUH’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, THESE TERMS, ANY BUG, SERVER DOWNTIME, BREACH OR CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UTUH FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) RM100 OR SGD35, AS APPLICABLE TO YOUR BILLING CURRENCY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UTUH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Service will identify every compliance issue, prevent every missed renewal, produce accurate third-party or OCR data, deliver every notification, or be error-free, uninterrupted or available at every time or location. You must maintain your own appropriate operational controls, records, checks, professional advice and contingency arrangements.

For a Customer accessing the Service through a Malaysian Utuh domain or billed under a Malaysian billing arrangement, these Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or the Service.

For a Customer accessing the Service through a Singaporean Utuh domain or billed under a Singaporean billing arrangement, these Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or the Service.

The domain and billing arrangement recorded for your account at the time of the relevant event will determine which of the above applies.
