Do I need to install any hardware?

No. Utuh is zero-hardware: no GPS boxes, no OBD dongles, nothing to wire into the truck. Owners use a browser, drivers use a link on their phone. Nothing to install on either side.

How long does it take to get set up?

Accepted Answer

Most fleets are live the same day. Add your assets and their compliance dates, generate a driver link, done. There's no onboarding call required, though you're welcome to ask questions as you go.

Do drivers need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No app. A driver gets a link (you can send it on WhatsApp) that opens straight in their phone's browser. Checklists, receipts, and the SOS button all live there.

Question 4

Does the ICOP compliance layer apply to me?

Accepted Answer

Only if you hold a Carrier Permit A (you carry other people's goods for hire or reward). If you move your own goods and your vehicle is under 7,500kg, ICOP doesn't apply to you at all. Utuh's compliance vault, checklists, and cost tracking work the same either way.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your data at any time from Settings. Compliance records and photos are retained per your plan's window even after cancellation, so nothing disappears the moment you downgrade.

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes: Mula is free forever for up to 2 assets, and includes the full compliance vault with escalating reminders. It's not a trial.
